ONALASKA, Wis. - Viterbo Basketball Coach Wayne Wagner didn't have to look very far to find his program's next offensive threat.
At a ceremony at Luther Monday morning, Christian Kennedy signed his letter of intent to play college basketball for the V-Hawks.
"I like being close to home and I love the La Crosse area," Kennedy said. "I think I fit in well with that family."
A three year starter at Luther, he led the Knights to the Sectional Finals each of the last two seasons.
"He's an outstanding player and the thing that really tips the scale for us with him is the fact that he's a quality person and a great leader," Wagner said. "Those are the things that project well to the next level."
