Alec Brown is likely to undergo surgery to repair a dislocated shoulder.

The Winona native is back in Phoenix after suffering the injury in an NBA Summer League game in Las Vegas. He will meet with the Suns' team doctor on Monday. If he elects surgery, Brown would miss three to four months to rehab, according to a family member.

Winona native Alec Brown suffered a dislocated shoulder in an NBA Summer League game Friday against Dallas, a family member confirmed to News 8.

At this time, he is still being evaluated.

According to Yahoo! Sports, Brown left the game with his left arm in a sling.

He tallied four blocks, seven rebounds and 11 points in four Summer League games with the Phoenix Suns.
