Report: Dog eats owner's Masters tickets
Officials reportedly reissue man's tickets
Berkman had won tickets in the Masters lottery and had booked rooms and a golf trip in anticipation of attending Wednesday's practice round and the Par-3 Contest at Augusta National.
Sierra left only the strings from the tickets, prompting Berkman to pour hydrogen peroxide into his dog's mouth and wait for the remains of the tickets to come back up, according to sports radio station KJR in Seattle.
Berkman then went through the vomit and collected the pieces before pasting the tickets back together. Berkman took photos of the ravaged ticket remains and called Augusta National to tell them his story. Officials decided to reissue his tickets and Berkman is expected to attend Wednesday's events as previously planned.
