And back home another important prep football Friday
night is ahead in the MVC.
The race for first is the discussion tonight -- in
this week's Ground Round Table
So coach, we've got five teams sitting at 3-1.
Who had that coming into this year?
Well, once the season kind of started, Sparta was
kind of the surprise team, West Salem dropped one,
it still has time to play out though.
We've got a little three week season here, you've
looked ahead, who has that path that might steal this
Anything can happen, but Ona looks like they have
the easiest path of all of the teams.
A couple of the heavy hitters still have to play each
But, Onalaska can do just about anything to anyone.
As we saw last week.
520 yards passing.
Hopefully that kid, they have to ice his arm down
after that performance because that is pretty special.
Looking at Aquinas, your former team.
Coach Lee, tough decision last week -- takes a forefit
against West Salem.
What is the solution here and what is your take on
Hopefully, this gives some impetus to taking a look
at the district plan again.
When you have Aquinas at 305 kids and they are going
to play Holmen with 1,305 kids.
it is just a tough go for those teams.
If you want to keep football vital and give kids an
opportunity to play...you have to put them in a position
where it can be competitive.
