More than 20 New Lisbon students and community members got their hair cut Wednesday for a good cause.
The group donated their locks to the "Pantene Beautiful Lengths" program. The program makes wigs for children who have lost their hair because of an illness.
In their 13th year of donating hair, organizers say it's great example of what the community represents.
"This is something easy you can do, it doesn't cost anything, anybody can do it, and we just choose to do a lot of that together in our community," said New Lisbon Junior High teacher Debby Hanson.
The day also included a penny war to sponsor Juneau County's Relay for life.
