RACINE ,WI (AP) -

A member of a Kenosha County ambulance crew has been cleared of charges that he sexually assaulted a female seizure patient as she was being taken to a Racine hospital.

A Journal Times of Racine report says a Racine County jury acquitted 38-year-old Jodin D. Froeber of Somers on Wednesday.

Froeber cried outside the courtroom, saying the last two years have been hell. He says he's lost his car, house and dog while defending himself of charges he knew were false.

He was accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in 2011. She testified that a crew member lifted her bra over her face and that she heard two clicks as from a phone camera.

Defense attorney Julius Kim says a search of Froeber's phone revealed no pictures of her.
