NAT Chief information technology services officer
at UW-La Crosse, Mohamed Elhindi says accessing a
data storing system like yang's can be fairly simple
...but there are
steps you can take to stay safe....one...create
a strong password
Dont use just a password, use a phrase, something
that is long mix of capital letters, small letters,
punctuation, something that is really really tough
to guess something that is not a dictionary word.
Two....don't repeat passwords
dont use the same password for every system, make
sure you have different password for different things
three...delete unesscary and outdated information
develop what i call a data retention, so your tax
report...why are you saving it for one hundred years?

Be aware that deleting a photo from a device does
not mean it has been deleted from your online storage
The photos may also appear on other devices that
is synced with your date storing account.
So remember to delete photos from all of the places
they appear if you want to get rid of them permanently.
Be sure to check the fine print on data storing sites
before opening an account, some sites will actually
claim that they have the rights to your information
once you've uploaded it
