Sotomayor gives oath during private ceremony

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor administered the oath of office to Vice President Joseph Biden early Sunday. Family, friends and associates gathered at the vice president's official residence at the U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington for the swearing-in ceremony.
