Wisconsin Lawmakers are close to a deal on Governor
Walker's income and property tax package.
Lawmakers said today they agree on the 4-hundred-6
million property tax cuts and more than 98-million
dollars in cuts to income tax.
The problems lies in deciding whether to cut 35-million
