LA CROSSE COUNTY
-The Onalaska Girls Hockey Co-op game vs. Baraboo Co-op scheduled for Friday, Dec. 21, at 8 p.m. at the Omni Center has been cancelled. No rescheduled date has been set.
-Due to inclement weather, Valley View Mall will close to the public on Thursday, December 20, beginning at 8:00 pm. This decision has been made in order to ensure the safety of our shoppers and employees during the snowstorm. The mall is scheduled to re-open for business on Friday, December 21, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
-La Crosse County State Offices will close at 3:00 Thursday. Consistent with the County Severe Inclement Weather Policy: Employees who have reported to work and continue until the 3:00 closing will receive pay through the end of the day. Employees should be permitted to go home earlier if they are concerned about their personal travel and should use vacation, comp time or UTO for the remainder of today if leaving before 3:00. Employees are encouraged to not come in if they haven't already reported today. Employees who have not reported to work will be able to use vacation or comp time for today, since most employees have already reported to work and will be compensated at their established rates. As usual, Department Heads & Supervisors should keep track of the actual hours worked by individual employees so the application of the policy can be applied as fairly as possible.
-Please note that our Holmen, Onalaska and West Salem locationsof the La Crosse County Public Library system will be closing at 5:00 p.m. Thursday due to inclement weather.

Refunds will be given, and Saint Mary's University Box Office staff will be contacting patrons. This concert will not be rescheduled, but Trouble's second performance at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, is being held as scheduled. A waiting list will be starting at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the museum.
