Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi Salad with Basil

Serves 8

(about ½ cup)

 ¼ cup half and half
 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
 1 Tbsp. sugar
 ¼ tsp. salt
 3 kiwifruit, peeled* and sliced
 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
 1 banana, sliced
 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil

 In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add kiwi, strawberries and banana; toss well. Cover and chill for at least one hour to blend flavors. Stir in basil just before serving.

* Kiwi can be eaten with the peel, if desired.
