Spiced Pork Chops
Makes 2 servings

2 4-ounce boneless pork loin chops
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Meanwhile, sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt.
3. Combine coriander, cumin and brown sugar in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle spice mixture over one side of pork chops.
4. Add oil to pan; swirl pan to coat. Add pork chops to pan, spice side down. Cook 2 minutes or until browned. Turn
pork chops over, and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Suggested Side Items: sweet potato wedges and green beans
Tips: For a stronger flavor, add rub to uncooked pork chops and refrigerate overnight.
