Pasta with Wilted Greens and Crumbles

What you need:

1          pkg.  (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles

1          pkg.  (16 oz.) fusilli pasta

2          pkg.  (5 oz. each) mixed baby salad greens

2          Tbsp.  olive oil

1          Tbsp.  tamari

¼         tsp.  garlic powder

1          can   (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1          tsp.  freshly ground black pepper


Make Pasta with Wilted Greens and Crumbles

HEAT crumbles as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package; drain. Return pasta to pan. Add greens, oil, tamari and garlic powder; stir just until greens start to wilt.

STIR in crumbles and tomatoes; sprinkle with pepper.
