Grilled Tuna

Purchase:
Green onion
Sesame seeds
Dark sesame oil
Chili oil
Tuna steaks

Check pantry for:
Low-sodium soy sauce 

Suggested side items:
Brown or wild rice
Roasted asparagus

Serves 4

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp. dark sesame oil
1 tsp. chili oil
4 (6 oz) tuna steaks 

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first five ingredients. Add tuna; seal and let stand 10 minutes, turning the bag occasionally. Remove tuna from bag; discard marinade. Add tuna to a sprayed with cooking spray pan; cook for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
