BBQ Chicken Burritos

Makes 4 servings

1 cup canned black beans
1/2 cup canned corn
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
4 leaves romaine lettuce
4 10-inch whole wheat tortillas
2 limes, cut in wedges

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and rinse beans and corn; add to skillet. Add chicken, barbecue sauce and sour cream; stir to combine. Cook until hot, for 4-5 minutes. Place a lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla. Add one-fourth of the chicken mixture onto each; roll into a burrito. Slice burritos in half and serve warm with lime wedges.
