Apple Tuna Salad Wraps

Makes 3 servings

1 (6 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
½ red apple, finely chopped
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 (8 in.) whole wheat flour tortillas
6 leaves lettuce

In small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Mix until well combined. Spread evenly onto tortillas. Top with lettuce. Roll up using the wrap roll-up technique: To keep contents of your wrap from falling out, place the tuna mixture toward the bottom end of the tortilla. Fold bottom up to cover the contents. Slightly fold in each side and roll up.
