3 cups all-purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (15 oz.) can yams
3/4 cup skim milk
1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Drain and mash yams with a fork. Add ingredients to bowl. Stir until well mixed.
3. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a ¾- to 1-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter or a glass. Place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
