Makes 4 calzones

1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
4 garlic cloves
4 cups spinach leaves
1 1/3 cups cremini or button mushrooms
3/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1. Coat baking sheet with spray. Unroll dough onto sheet; cut into 4 quarters with a pizza cutter. Pat each quarter into a 6x5-inch rectangle.
2. Mince garlic. Sprinkle garlic evenly over rectangles. Slice onions and mushrooms. Top each rectangle with 1 cup spinach, 2 onion slices, 1/3 cup mushrooms, and 3 Tbsp. bleu cheese.
3. Bring 2 opposite corners of crust to center, pinching points to seal. Bring remaining 2 corners to center, pinching all points together to seal. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
