Getting started Equipment you will need: cutting board/knife, large bowl, shallow baking dish or pan, spoon Preheat oven to 425° Do right away when you get home: Action step 1
1 large bunch broccoli
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 whole wheat bread crumbs
1. Chop broccoli into small florets. Mince garlic. Add broccoli, garlic, and remaining ingredients to a large bowl; mix to combine. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
2. Roast for 13 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir once half way through cooking time. Serve immediately.
