Margarita Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

What you need:
1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
½ cup oil
¼ cup tequila
¼ cup lime juice
1 lb. cleaned large shrimp
2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms)
4 wooden skewers
MIX dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice until well blended. Pour over shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to 2 hrs to marinate. Remove shrimp and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill to medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
Kabobs 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4min.
