Autumn Fruit Salad
Makes 4 servings
Getting started Equipment you will need: cutting board/knife, medium bowl, serving bowls (4), small bowl, spoon Do right away when you get home:

Ingredients

2 ripe pears

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted (see tips)

1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey

1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey

Action:

1. Chop pears into cubes. Combine pears and juice in a medium bowl. Stir in pecans. Divide mixture among 4 bowls.
2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Ground cinnamon, optional

3. Top each serving of the pear mixture with 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
