EAU CLAIRE, WI (WKBT) -

A 33-year-od Eau Claire man who fled from sheriff’s deputies by car and then by foot Saturday was taken into custody Wednesday in Oshkosh.

The Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office says Keith Tidmarsh led police on a vehicle chase Saturday and then he ran in the Big Falls Conty Park area. He wasn’t found.

A tip to law enforcement resulted in Oshkosh police taking Tidmarsh into custody without incident. Tidmarsh will appear in Eau Claire County Court later this week on pending felony charges related to the pursuit. Fleeing, reckless driving and criminal damage are potential charges.
