Two local business owners are also joining forces to help those affected by last week's tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.

The owner of Dublin Square, Matt Boshcka, and the owner of Wellendorff Construction are sponsoring a food drive. They plan to personally deliver all the items collected this week to Oklahoma.

Boshcka says they're hoping to collect non-perishable food items, bottled water and supplies like work boots and gloves.

He plans on travelling down to Oklahoma on Monday. A second team will head down on Thursday with all the supplies collected from the drive.

Boshcka says his motivation for going is simply because he feels it's the right thing to do. "I'm going with my buddies. We'll be staying at a church down there, and we'll be bringing our working gloves and working boots. We plan on getting a little dirty for a week."

All donations can be dropped off at Dublin Square in La Crosse from now until Wednesday. Financial donations are also welcome.
