LA CROSSE, WI (WKBT) -

The annual La Crosse Jaycees Toys for Tots Drive will take place Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside the La Crosse Center.

This program provides toys for thousands of kids (from newborn to 12 years old) in the La Crosse area who might not get toys at Christmas because of their family’s financial situation.

The La Crosse Jaycees would like you to donate gently used or new toys to help kids in need. One of the bigger donations so far on Friday included 17 bikes dropped off by River Trail Cycles.

The La Crosse Jaycees are also registering children to receive toys from the program

If you can’t make it to the donation drive, you can drop off gently used or new toys at the Toys for Tots barrel in the WKBT News 8 lobby, 141 South 6th St. in La Crosse. Donations will be accepted through December 7.
