HOLMEN, Wis. -

Police confirmed the identities of the three people arrested Thursday in a Holmen drug bust.

Bruce Hazlett, 55, and Ricky Smith, 30, were arrested after the Holmen Police K-9 unit searched and indicated on two cars near the corner of Irene Place and Sunset Drive.

According to the criminal complaint, when police arrived at the scene, they saw two cars parked on Irene Place. An officer approached one of the cars and talked to Ricky Smith, 30, who told police he was waiting for a girl, the complaint states.

While the officer was talking to Smith, the person in the other car kept turning his music up and down, according to the complaint.

The officer approached Hazlett, who was sitting in the driver’s seat. Police said Hazlett was “extremely twitchy, jittery, and unable to sit still." The complaint states the officer recognized Hazlett was exhibiting symptoms of someone who was under the influence of meth.

Hazlett was arrested for possession of heroin and meth. Smith was arrested for disorderly conduct.

The third person tied to the case, Andrea Neckar, 31, was arrested in a house on the 400 block of Sunset Drive for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

On Friday afternoon, all three suspects appeared in court. A La Crosse County judge set a $15,000 signature bond for Hazlett. Smith and Neckar are also out of jail on signature bonds.

The La Crosse County Sheriff's Department assisted Holmen police in this case.
