Fresh Fruit Crumble
Makes 2 servings
Getting started Equipment you will need: two 6 oz. ramekins, or similar small baking dishes (see tips), 2 small mixing bowls Preheat oven to: 400 degrees
1 ¼ cups fresh or frozen mixed berries

1 ½ tsp. sugar

1 ½ tsp. all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp. orange juice

1/4 cup oats
3 Tbsp. chopped almonds
4 tsp. brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. all-purpose flour
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbsp. canola oil


1. Mix berries, sugar, flour and orange juice in small dish. Add to ramekins evenly.
2. Mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and oil in small dish and distribute over fruit mixture.
3. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden, 20 to 25 minutes.

Suggested Side Items: Serve as dessert after any meal

Tips: Ramekins are small serving bowls 3 to 4 inches wide. Other options include well-greased large muffin tins, custard dishes, or other small baking dishes. Shopping list: Fresh or frozen mixed berries Chopped almonds
