LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) -

Bond is set for the La Crosse man accused of a drive-by shooting.

Jeremy Rigelsky, 27, maintained his innocence in court this afternoon.

Rigelsky is accused of shooting at a vehicle and injuring one of the passengers on Copeland Avenue early Wednesday morning.

He faces charges of first-degree attempted homicide... having a gun as a felon... operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent... and violating probation.

Rigelsky's bond was set at $100,000 cash.
