Area health dept. looking for dog that bit boy

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -

The Eau Claire Health Department is looking for a dog that big a young boy at Phoenix Park on Saturday, June 8 at abour 12 p.m.

The health department says the German Shepard-type dog had a collar with the name Lucy on it and was tied to a tree on the river side of the pavilion at Phoenix Park.

The health and rabies status of the dog needs to be determined. If you have any information about this dog, you’re asked to contact the Eau Claire Communications Center at 715-839-4972.
