APPLETON, Wis. (AP) -

An Appleton man is charged with spending more than $360,000 from his disabled son's trust fund on drugs, pornography and travel.

A Post-Crescent Media report says 48-year-old Todd D. Laseke is charged with felony theft and misdemeanor drug possession.

Laseke declined to comment on the allegations when he was in court Tuesday.

Laseke managed the trust fund for his adult son, who'd been awarded $1.4 million from a Marinette hospital after he suffered a brain injury that left him mentally disabled.

Prosecutors say Laseke spent $29,000 on a down payment for a house and another $28,000 to buy a minivan. He told investigators he also spent money on trips, marijuana, cocaine and a membership to an adult website.

A court commissioner imposed a $100,000 signature bond Tuesday.
