LA CROSSE, Wis. -- So far, so good for the regular skiers over at Mount La Crosse.

The same number of runs are open now that were last week despite our warm-up. The snow on the runs still looks good and right now the sunshine and above-normal temps are being welcomed by skiers and snow-boarders.

But it's too warm to make snow and if it stays that way it could become a problem. "We're hoping it gets cold again because we're probably going to have to patch some things up after this warm-up. The good news is we made a lot of snow when it was cold so we've got big piles, we can push it around and we can cover up any spots that kind of open up," says Darcie Breidel from Mt. La Crosse.

There are two runs that haven't been opened up yet this year because of the lack of snow.
