ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Authorities have released the name of a man whose body was found near a garage in St. Paul, and his death has been ruled a homicide.
St. Paul police say Monday that they are still investigating the death of 22-year-old Dominic Brett Neeley.
His body was found about Sunday morning on Western Avenue near the intersection with Maryland Avenue. Residents who were working near their garage found him.
Investigators are still trying to determine what happened in the moments before Neeley died, and how he ended up near the garage.
Police are not elaborating on what caused his death.
