Tomah mayor moves on in primary election

TOMAH, Wis. -- The incumbent mayor in Tomah is moving on in Tuesday's primary election.
John Rusch received 368 votes, followed by Shannon Hough (260 votes). Matthew Boyea (142 votes) and Nellie Pater (42 votes) followed in third and fourth.
Rusch, a former Tomah city administrator, was elected mayor in April 2010, and previously served as mayor in Tomah from 1986-1990.
Rusch and Hough will face each other in the April 3 general election.
