The man convicted of murdering a father and son in
La Crosse is having his appeal heard by the state's
Jeffrey Lepsch was convicted of killing Paul and A-J
Petras at their camera store in downtown La Crosse
He claims he didn't receive a fair trial .
and his constitutional rights were denied .
because the jury selection process was flawed.
Lepsch's appeal was denied by the 4th District Court
of Appeals last year .
saying he should have objected to the jury selection
at the time.
Lepsch is currently serving two life sentences.
