Smoldering fire forces Iowa school's dismissal
Smoke and odor from a smoldering fire forced officials to cancel classes at an eastern Iowa high school.
No injuries have been reported from the incident Tuesday morning at Tipton High School in Tipton.
The smoke was traced to an area where remodeling work was being done. As firefighters tried to find the exact source and extinguish the flames, students were dismissed.
Officials say classes will resume on Wednesday.
