The too-close-to-call race between Jennifer Shilling
and Dan Kapanke for Wisconsin's 32nd Senate district
seat is even closer than original results showed.
After election day .
preliminary results showed Shilling leading Kapanke
by 58 votes.
But officials recently finished their canvassing of
the results .
and new tallies show Shilling picking up five additional
while Kapanke picked up seven extra votes.
That means Shilling won the election by just 56 votes.
Kapanke has not yet officially filed for a recount.
