ONALASKA, Wis. -- The La Crosse County Health Department is offering a seasonal flu immunization clinic this weekend that is free for kids.

The clinic will be at the Onalaska Public Library (741 Oak Ave. South) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Flu vaccine guarding against the seasonal flu and H1N1 flu will be offered.

The clinic is free for kids six months to 18-years-old. The free vaccine includes traditional shots and the flu mist nasal spray.

Adults can also receive the vaccine for $30. The health department has limited billing to insurance. Patients can bring their insurance cards, and the department will see if they can bill the vaccine.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that everyone over six months of age should get vaccinated against the seasonal flu.
