The recount begins today for Wisconsin's 32-nd District
State Senate Seat.
A hand-count of the nearly 90- thousand ballots cast
in the race started this morning in La Crosse.
Incumbent Democrat Jennifer Shilling beat out her
opponent Dan Kapanke in the November elections.
The race was originally decided by a 58 vote difference.
falling to 56 votes after canvassing.
County clerks say all the work that needs to be done
requires a small army of workers.
