RACINE, Wis. (AP) -

The driver of a motorcycle that crashed in Racine County and killed a female passenger will spend time in prison.

A Racine County judge called Brandon Seibert a "train wreck waiting to happen" in sentencing him to six years in prison and 10 years of supervision Thursday.

Melissa Corona, 24, was killed in September 2011 when the bike Seibert was driving crashed in a construction zone. Seibert didn't have a license, was speeding and fled from the crash scene.

Family members say Corona was raising a son, now 4, attending the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and waitressing at a restaurant. The Journal Times says Seibert must also pay a $2,500 fine.
