LA CROSSE, Wis. -- An Onalaska man faces trial for allegedly driving drunk and injuring his cousin in a rollover accident on Highway 35.

21-year-old Josiah Kemp pleaded not guilty Friday to two felonies related to injuring someone by intoxcated use of a vehicle.
Police say Kemp was driving south on Highway 35 January 22 just after 3:30 a.m. when he lost control and rolled his Honda Civic down an embankment by Nutbush City Limits.
22-year-old Jakob Waite, a passenger in the vehicle and Kemp's cousin, was trapped inside. Once rescue crews freed him, Waite was taken to Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse with what police described as a very serious head injury.
Kemp, who broke his arm in the accident, told police he drank about six beers, the last one around midnight, before driving to his mother's home on the north side of La Crosse.
A preliminary breath test showed Kemp has a blood alcohol content of 0.103.
