More sex abuse charges filed against Iowa man
A northern Iowa man accused of bestiality and sexually abusing a child now faces more charges.
The Globe Gazette in Mason City reports that 34-year-old David Allen Baugh of Latimer has been charged with three additional counts of second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of lascivious acts with a child and three counts of disseminating obscene materials to a minor.
Baugh is already charged with bestiality and three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.
The second round of charges stem from an alleged offense on Jan. 1, 2012.
Baugh has pleaded not guilty, but a plea change hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Franklin County District Court.
