Megadeth, Rob Zombie to perform at La Crosse Center

LA CROSSE, Wis. -- The La Crosse Center made another big concert announcement Tuesday, this time for rock fans.

Megadeth and Rob Zombie with special guest Volbeat will perform at the La Crosse Center on Tuesday, May 22 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $42.50 for general admission seating.

Rob Zombie, former White Zombie vocalist, is known for his songs, "Dragula," "Living Dead Girl" and "Feel So Numb."

In the past decade, Zombie has emerged as a horror film director, creating such movies as "House of 1000 Corpses" and a 2007 remake of the classic "Halloween."

Megadeth will be returning to La Crosse for the first time since the early 2000s.

They are coming off their recent release, Th1rt3en, which debuted at #11 on the Billboard 200 chart in November 2011.

Megadeth has been regarded one of the greatest metal bands of all time, recently performing on the "Big Four" tour with Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax.

Megadeth has sold over 25 million albums globally with songs like, "Symphony Of Destruction," "Hanger 18," "Peace Sells" and "A Tout Le Monde."

Tickets will go on sale Friday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. Tickets will be available at the La Crosse Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets.
