LA CROSSE, Wis. -

A disorderly conduct charge filed Monday accuses a Logan High School student of making death threats against another student and her boyfriend, according to La Crosse police.

Police reports show, Nathan Juran, 18, of La Crosse, claimed through a text message Friday that he would cut the 16-year-old girl's throat and stab her 17-year-old boyfriend.

The girl asked Juran to stop spreading rumors about her before the threats started. Juran threatened to assault her if she reported the threats.

Police reports show he said he would 'cut her throat" when he learned she contacted police. Juran was charged Monday with one count of disorderly conduct in La Crosse County Circuit Court.
