DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -

A 37-year-old man has been arrested, accused of using credit card information he obtained from customers at the Des Moines restaurant where he worked.

The Des Moines Police Department says Kham Chanthakone had worked at the Pho Saigon Restaurant and now faces four counts of unauthorized use of a credit card.

The department says there's no evidence that the restaurant owners were involved in Chanthakone's alleged scheme.

The department also says people who ate at the restaurant and paid with a credit or debit card should check their statements for irregular or unauthorized charges.

A public phone listing for Chanthakone couldn't be found. Online court records don't list his attorney's name.
