We know that sometimes it is hard to get kids interested
in family mealtime, what are some tips to get them
involved and interested in family meals?
o Have some crafty fun and have your kids draw paper
placemats for the table
o Incorporate your kids into the meal preparation.

o Encourage them to help set the table.
