Galesville man to stand trial for fatal crash

WHITEHALL, Wis. -- A Galesville man will stand trial for a suspected drunk driving crash that killed his brother.
30-year-old James Pederson is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle for the death of 19-year-old Dillon Pederson.
James Pederson allegedly drove drunk November 28 and rolled his vehicle into a field off of Highway 93 in the Town of Trempealeau.
At a hearing Tuesday morning, a Trempealeau County judge found probable cause for Pederson to stand trial.
A not guilty plea has been entered for Pederson. He remains in the Trempealeau County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
