Gratitude is powerful.
It has the ability to get us away from thinking about
to instead appreciating what is positive in our lives.
Being grateful does not mean we pretend problems don't
but it can help us see a way out of those problems.
We googled 'how to practice gratitude' and here are
a few of the ideas that popped up:
