its second year.
The seasonal route called 'The Circulator' started
as a way for college students to get around the city
and to reduce parking around the campuses and surrounding
The route stops at the U-W-L and Western campuses
every ten minutes during the day and every 20 minutes
from September to May.
Nearly 7-thousand students used the Circulator in
its debut year.
