CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) -

Opponents of a proposal to build a casino in Cedar Rapids say they haven't given up their fight.

The proposal passed with a 22-point margin Tuesday, 61 percent in favor versus 39 percent against it in Linn County.

Critics including the Just Say No organization told Cedar Rapids television station KGAN that they will lobby the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to deny a gambling license to casino investors.
