Body found after trailer fire in eastern Iowa

PEOSTA, Iowa (AP) -

Authorities say a body has been found inside a trailer that burned in eastern Iowa.

The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office says the fire was reported just before 5 a.m. Thursday. Firefighters from the Centralia-Peosta Fire Department say the trailer was engulfed in flames when they arrived.

Fire investigators found the body inside the home later.

The person's name hasn't been released, pending notification of relatives.

The fire cause is being investigated.
