A local fall classic wrapped up today.
Today was the last day of La Crescent's 68-th Applefest.
The festival has been going on since 19-49 and is
now a favorite fall activity in the community.
The fest wrapped up with the King Apple parade this
afternoon with 1 hundred and 20 floats.
Organizers say the festival is fun for the whole family.
It's so popular because we're very family friendly.
There's always something to do for everybody.
We just like to have a good time and celebrate Applefest.
Not only with our growers but our sponsors, our friends,
Everybody comes back home for it.
The four day event wrapped just a few minutes ago
with music from Cory Weisenberger.
